1. Eligibility

  1. This promotional offer is available exclusively to clients who agree to participate in DensityFX’s marketing and advertising programme by allowing the use of their treatment photographs, videos, and testimonials.
  2. Limited to the first 10 eligible clients who book and complete their full treatment at our Sawyers Valley studio.
  3. Spots are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Clients who do not agree to participate in the marketing programme are not eligible for this offer.

2. Participation in Marketing Programme

By accepting this offer, you agree to allow DensityFX to:

  1. Photograph your SMP treatment results (before, during, and after).
  2. Record video content of your treatment and results.
  3. Use your testimonial and feedback.
  4. Feature your images and videos in marketing materials.

3. Usage of Materials

DensityFX may use the photographs, videos, and testimonials for:

  1. Website content and galleries.
  2. Social media posts and advertising campaigns.
  3. Print and digital marketing materials.
  4. Promotional videos and case studies.
  5. Any other marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Consent and Release

By participating in this offer, you grant DensityFX:

  • Perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use your image and likeness.
  • Permission to edit, modify, or alter photographs and videos as needed.
  • The right to use materials across all media platforms without further consent.
  • Full ownership of all photographs, videos, and materials created.

You may be identified by first name only or remain anonymous, as agreed during your consultation.

5. No Further Compensation

Participation in the marketing programme does not entitle you to any additional payment, royalties, or compensation for the use of your images, videos, or testimonials.

6. Payment Policy

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost (covering 3 sessions) is required to secure the booking for Session 1.
  • Session 1 Payment: An additional 40% of the total cost is due at the time of Session 1.
  • Session 2 Payment: The remaining 50% of the total cost must be paid in full at the time of Session 2.
  • Session 3: No payment is due for this session.
  • Payment Charges:
    • In-salon payments: 1.59% + $0.05 per transaction
    • Online payments: 1.75% + $0.30 per transaction
  • Finality of Payments: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the procedure has begun.
  • Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

7. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our treatments, we have a strict no-refund policy on all services once they have been rendered or partially completed.

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations or no-shows.
  • Prepaid Services: Prepayments toward sessions are non-refundable once the treatment process has begun.
  • Treatment Results: Individual results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and other factors. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on treatment outcomes.
  • Package Sessions: If a multi-session package is purchased and the client chooses not to continue, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions once the first session has been completed.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

8. Offer Limitations

  1. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  2. Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. DensityFX reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
  4. Standard treatment eligibility requirements apply.
  5. Clients must complete the full treatment course to maintain eligibility for the promotional offer.

9. Withdrawal from Programme

If you withdraw from the marketing programme after accepting the offer, you will be required to pay the full standard treatment price with no refund of amounts already paid.
